Trained and licensed as a nurse, Trilby worked in a variety of roles including primary addiction treatment, clinical case management, professional advocacy and psychiatric care. At Shadow Mountain Recovery, we provide a continuum of care. This means we offer programs for every level of addiction treatment and provide ongoing support throughout. Our well-rounded treatment methodology nourishes the spirit and helps establish new life patterns through the application of effective therapeutic resources. These resources are grounded in the philosophy of recovery while engaging physical and recreational activities as an outlet for self-expression and growth. We utilize a variety of therapy modalities to meet the needs of our clients within their treatment experience. Shadow Mountain Recovery treatment programs provide an attachment model in a family-systems based, trauma-informed clinical setting. Our programs are gender-specific, and they are grounded in a psychodynamic clinical process. We are committed to helping establish quality recovery while cultivating fun and adventure as part of the healthy pursuit of a life worth living.

Our recovery programs work with adults ages 18 and older, male and female.
